Registration Data, including personal data, as well as any other piece of information that can be directly or indirectly associated to a determined User, are collected and used in compliance with Italian Law no. 196 of 30 June 2003 "Personal Data Protection Code".
As provided for in Art. 13, Subheading 1 of Italian Law no. 196/2003, we hereby inform you that Registration Data supplied by you or acquired by Indena S.p.A. in the course of its activities, will be:
a) Processed in compliance with the above mentioned law and confidentiality undertakings to which Indena S.p.A. is committed;
b) Exclusively used to grant you access to the "R&D" area of our website www.indena.com.
Registration Data will be processed by processors belonging to or appointed by Indena S.p.A. using manual, computerised and/or telematic tools that guarantee safety and confidentiality of personal data.
Registration Data are submitted voluntarily. We remind, however, that, for lack of consent to process personal data processing, we will not be able to supply the access password to the "R&D" area of our website www.indena.com.
Also, be informed that, to the purposes detailed above, Registration Data may be disclosed to companies directly linked to website construction to provide access to the "Download" area and also, upon the User's agreement, used to forward commercial information and advertising material on Indena S.p.A. products.
Art. 7 of Italian Law 196/2003 includes a list of clauses that protect and guarantee your rights. In particular, the data subject is entitled at all times to obtain confirmation of the existence of his/her personal data, know contents and origin, check data accuracy, request integration, updating or amendment. In compliance with the same article, the data subject is entitled to obtain erasure, anonymisation, or blocking of data processed against the law as well as object to data processing on legitimate grounds.
